Bill Fogleman — Legal Department Supervisor

Bill Fogleman joined SN Servicing Corporation in February 1996 as Corporate Counsel. As head of the legal department, he handles litigation regarding the entities serviced by SNSC and is involved in the acquisition of loans and real estate.

Prior to joining the Company Mr. Fogleman was in private practice with Anderson, Leithhead and Boudreau for 5 years. Mr. Fogleman was also Vice President for LA Saving Association and Vice President of Evangeline Downs Race Track.

As an undergraduate at Louisiana Tech University, he received a BA degree in Business Administration. Mr. Fogleman also attended law school at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where he earned his juris doctorate and is a currently a member of the Louisiana Bar Association.
